Entry into the Betfred Super League Predictor Competitions (the “Competitions’) and all prizes are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By participating in the competition, you are accepting that your entry is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

How to Play

Correctly predict the outcome (home win, draw or away win) for 2026 Betfred Super League fixtures to win various prizes throughout the season. This game format currently applies to the 2026 Betfred Super League, however RL Commercial reserve the right to include fixtures beyond the Betfred Super League during the course of the season.

Streaks

A streak is a run of consecutive correct predictions. Certain streak milestones provide you the opportunity to win the prizes detailed above.

• Games are ordered by date, time and then alphabetically by home team, and displayed as such within Our League (mobile app) and Super League Predictor website. Winning streaks of correct predictions will be always be based on this order.
• When a Betfred Super League game is postponed or abandoned the rearranged game will be included in the predictor game at RL Commercial and their technical partner’s discretion.
• If a streak is superseded by a longer active streak, all prizes won will only be applicable for the highest active streak that the player has reached. Lower streak prizes will be overwritten by the highest active streak points prize.

Monthly Winners

Monthly prizes are awarded to the player who finishes that month at the top of the ‘leaderboard’ for predictions, by gaining the most points by correctly predicting the outcome of matches. The monthly leader board contains predictions and points scored for correctly predicting the outcome of matches from that month only.

* In the event of there being more than one player eligible to win, the winner will be decided by the length of their active streak (i.e. the player who has the longest active streak of correct predictions will win). Where there still remains more than one player eligible to win, the winner will be determined by comparison of their prediction performance in the most recent round of matches (i.e. the player with the better prediction will win). Where there still remains more than one player eligible to win, the winner will be determined by entry time of their first prediction in that round (i.e. the player with the earlier entry will win). In all situations, edited predictions will overwrite the previous entry date and time.

Promoter

The promoter of the Predictor Gane is RL Commercial Limited (“RL Commercial") a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13938431. The registered address is Gate 13, Rowsley Street, Etihad Campus, Manchester, England, M11 3FF.

Prizes

Prizes are subject to availability. Other than as set out below, there is no cash alternative for prizes and they are not negotiable or transferable. RL Commercial reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the control of RL Commercial make it necessary to do so. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licences, permits and permissions necessary for you to be able to use the relevant prize once it is provided to you.

Claiming the Prize

Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize.

RL Commercial will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 30 days of the date on which the winner is announced, RL Commercial reserves the right (but is not obligated) to offer the prize to the runner-up of that Competition.

Please be aware that if a prize contains a ticket, or similar, to an event which is not yet on sale at the time the winner is announced, distribution of this prize will have to wait until general distribution is underway.

LIMITATION AND EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, RL Commercial and/or their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or any entrant, or accept any liability, for any loss, damage, costs, expenses, personal injury or death occurring as a result of: (i) taking up the prize; (ii) any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prizes, promotions or relevant fixtures beyond RL Commercial’s or Fluid’s reasonable control; (iii) any act or default of any third party supplier; (iv) any technical failures or unavailability of the App or other related platforms; or (v) any obvious errors or omissions relating to the awarding of prizes, except where it is caused by the negligence of RL Commercial or Fluid, their agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Betfred Super League Predictor entries submitted to RL Commercial will become the property of RL Commercial on receipt and will not be returned.

By submitting your entry, you agree to:

• assign to RL Commercial all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
• waive all moral rights,

in and to your entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

If you are the winner of a Competition, you agree that RL Commercial may use your name, image, town, region/state or country of residence to announce the winner of that Competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by RL Commercial.

GENERAL

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, RL Commercial may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in any Competition.

• RL Commercial reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Predictor Game where it becomes necessary to do so.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
